Spicy foods in Kerala


Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for body. Almost all foods are plant or animal origin. Indian food is as varied as anything else in that country: It’s not easy to give a definition for Indian food, it’s very spicy. Many of the people are vegetarians but some are not.  There are some regional specialities, different ways to serve the meals in each state. Indian food is often eaten with hands. The fingers should never touch the mouth directly, only the right hand may be used in eating.

                                Many of the people are like food, and also like to eat variety foods. In some place they have variety spicy foods, they have some style of preparations, and also they use some ingredients to make it tastefully. In best food in Kerala is the ‘kappa’ (tapioca) and ‘meen curry’ (fish) it’s a variety food of Kerala. Everyone in Kerala, they know how to prepare it. The taste of Kerala food is the cooking styles, recipes and ingredients. They use earthen pot(clay) for cooking the foods. And also use pure coconut oil, coconut scrapes and spicy ingredients, it gives the real taste of Kerala food.
